Get ready for Guy Fawkes Night with the low down on some fantastic firework displays taking place across the city and surrounding Lancashire areas.
With Bonfire Night just around the corner, there are plenty of brilliant events taking place that are sure to go with a bang. If you're planning on heading out this year, then take a look at the following family friendly firework events in the local area which are happening from the 3 to 5 November.
Bonfire, Firework Display and Funfair - Preston Grasshoppers
Date: Sunday 5 November 2023

The Annual Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Football Club bonfire and fireworks display returns to the city this year for another memorable evening of family fun. There will also be food, drink and a funfair - great for kids and big kids alike!

Bonfire and Firework Display - Archbishop Temple School, Fulwood
Date: Friday 3 November 2023
Price: £6 per person/£20 for a family of four
Head over to Archbishop Temple School for a fabulous opportunity for the school and local community to come together and enjoy an evening of fireworks alongside a roaring bonfire and music. Charity Bonfire Night and Quiet Fireworks - Service Training Centre, Chorley

Price: Adults (£6.99 plus booking fee) Children (£4.99 plus booking fee)
Enjoy a cracking bonfire and a spectacular quiet firework display to music with hot food available. There will also be a number of fun activities, such as seeing inside a fire engine, and all money raised on the night will be split between The Fire Fighters Charity and Leeds Hospitals Charity, making a difference to those in need.
