Most people have heard of Edith Rigby because her aunt Pheobe Hesketh wrote a book 'My Aunt Edith'. However, many Preston women were as courageous and as brave as her, but little is known about them.

Learn about the Preston Suffragettes and Suffragists who played a part in the national campaign to gain equal suffrage.

Tickets Only: Walk starts at the Obelisk, Flag Market, Cheapside, Preston PR1 2AP and finishes at the 1842 ( Former Public Hall Lune Street).
